     Thank you for shopping with BRAND. I genuinely enjoy creating art that resonates with those inspired to improve their lives. I strive to make the best quality products possible, but occasionally, there may be unforeseen mistakes made during the fulfillment and shipping process.

     The item you purchased is explicitly created and made for you.
Therefore, unfortunately, I can't offer reimbursement if you change your mind or exchange it for a new size (check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item in our store in the product description section).

     Exceptions will only be considered if the item is misprinted, damaged, or defective upon receiving the package. It must be within two weeks of receiving the product if you want to submit a claim for misprinted/damaged/faulty items.
